Norton diamond dressing tool. Model number SP7CM7. The SP stands for single point. The C I could not find what it refers to, but it might just stand for"carat" relating back to the diamond size 7 stamped right before it. The total length of the dressing tool is 7" to the tip of the diamond. This tool is used as can be seen by the small amount of surface rust.
There are also a few minor scratches next to the Norton stamp in the shaft. This scratching can be seen in my listing pictures. The scratching does not go too deep. And it should not affect function at all.
