Very close to Arches National Park. The house itself is comfortable and good for a family with children or 6 adults. Has all the amenities necessary. Mostly the house was clean upon arrival, but the dishes and tea cups were very dirty, and needed to be hand cleaned before use.

This home is very clean and well supplied with towels, laundry detergent, kitchen gadgets etc I agree that a better shower head for more water pressure would be awesome but will do. Nov We liked this home and enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great and it was well equipped and had plenty of the basic necessities we needed during our stay. My one critique is the size of the pack and play. I did not verify the size of it prior to booking, so this was my fault who knew there was more than one size pack and play?

For our very active 1 year old, this was not at all conducive to sleeping. I think this pack and play would only be suitable for a newborn or a very still sleeper :- We ended up having another member of our party bring our pack and play from home. As far as bike storage goes, the private closet was perfect and was plenty spacious for a few bikes.

Overall, we would stay here again. Laurie S. We traveled with another couple and stayed in Rim Vista 16A3. We liked the location, the 2 master suites and level of cleanliness. The kitchen had the necessities for cooking our meals in and the appliances worked well. I suppose the reason there was not any stock items was because of Covid, however, it would have been nice to have at least some packets of condiments and a box of tissues.

The check-in code we were given was incorrect and it was an unnecessary frustration after a long day of traveling. We had to call maintenance to help us with the thermostat, and another call to customer service to use the TV to get beyond a few bare channels. There was netfllix but we didn't have an account. Luckily, someone before us left their account active and we were able to access some other entertainment.

The group thought it would be very helpful if there was a book of instructions on using the thermostat, TV and check-out procedures. In addition, it would have been nice to have a list of nearby shopping, restaurants and medical clinics, if needed. All in all, I can recommend this home for it's location, comfort and cleanliness.

We apologize that the TV did not have the options that you were hoping for. We do ask that guests don't use other people's Netflix log-ins. That is someone else's property that they are paying for.

They were left logged in on accident, not for others to use. We ask that guests use an honor system and simply log out and use their own or watch something else.

We hope to be able to host you again soon. Andrea K. Very spacious with 2 full masters, quiet location just some highway noise, not bad though , temperature controlled, comfortable beds. Full kitchen is great.
